Building on the stylish CPE/ 200, Motorola's CPE/ 300 Series bundles high-speed data connectivity with Voice over IP (VoIP) for global users.
The Motorola CPEi 300 Series Desktop CPE offers a WiMAX solution that delivers fast, reliable, highspeed wireless Internet connectivity with no waiting for installation, no complex configuration and no operator intervention. In addition, it offers your customers the ability to make Voice over IP (VoIP) calls by providing two RJ11 ports for connecting their existing cordless or wired phones to the unit. With the increase in uptake of VoIP calls, your customers will be able to use the CPEi 300 for both data and voice connectivity, hence providing a new revenue stream and enabling you to bundle data and voice to your customers in a single package.
Motorola WiMAX CPE 300 Series Desktop CPE is easy to install with "plug-and-play" functionality. The network will automatically detect the device and perform the necessary authentication processes.
CPE device performance is a factor of antenna gain, directivity, orientation and diversity, as well as transmitter power and receiver sensitivity. Radiated performance of WiMAX CPE devices can differ dramatically; in a typical environment, low-end performance by your CPEs can translate to the need for over ten times as many access points in order to provide the same level of service. Motorola WiMAX CPE/ 300 Series Desktop CPEs feature sectorized antenna array employing a switched diversity scheme to support orientation independent performance. Combined with multi-antenna operations at the access points and open and closedloop adaptive antenna techniques, the CPE solution provides best-in-class range and indoor penetration.
Motorola WiMAX CPE/ 300 Series Desktop CPE supports remote management capability allowing management and health monitoring of the devices from a centralized network or element management system. Advanced security and authentication protocols protect the end-user and the operator from external threats.
All Motorola CPE products employ Multiple Antenna Technology, which delivers increased range, and higher throughput, when compared to products with single antenna solutions. When used with Motorola's dual-antenna, Diversity Access Point (DAP) / WAP 400 Series, both uplink and downlink performance are significantly enhanced by advanced signal processing techniques, including: Maximal Ratio Combining (MRC), Cyclic Shift Transmit Diversity (CSTD), MIMO Matrix A, and MIMO Matrix B. Select combinations of these algorithms are combined in each Motorola CPE product in order to deliver high performance in a small physical footprint.
